What Can I do with these Pictures?

We grant one-time, non-exclusive rights for one client to use the picture(s) multiple times.

Commercial Use: We welcome use of our images to promote businesses and causes that share our mission to protect planet Earth. In order to maintain exclusivity and avoid conflicting messages we need to review new requests for use of high resolution scans on a case-bay-case basis. We will respond within 24 hours.

Editorial Use: For any use in either print or online magazine format you may download non-exclusive hi-res scans at the prices quoted on the website. For exclusive use, let us know at https://www.alpenimage.com/contact

Personal Use: If you want to use images for personal (non-commercial or editorial) purposes you may download a low-resolution, watermarked directly from the website.

Do I Own the Pictures?

We retain the copyright and you cannot transfer rights to any other party.

How are scans delivered?

We can transmit the files to you via your choice of email, dropbox or other file share services.

Can a rival business use pictures like this one?

For 45 years we have tracked the usage history for our all of our pictures and with our in-person service for hi-res scans we check every order to avoid any conflicts or embarrassments.
